Modern Slavery Statement

This statement is made voluntarily; VigilPath UK Limited does not currently meet the £36m turnover threshold under section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015. We publish it as a statement of intent.
1. Our business
VigilPath provides a financial-crime investigation platform to regulated firms. We employ a small engineering and compliance team in the United Kingdom and engage a limited number of professional-services suppliers.
2. Our commitment
- Zero tolerance for slavery, servitude, forced labour and human trafficking.
- All staff paid at or above the Real Living Wage.
- Right-to-work checks before engagement.
- Whistleblowing channel reaching the Board independently of line management.
3. Supply chain due diligence
- Material suppliers (hosting, payments, professional services) are vetted for their own published modern slavery position.
- Standard contractual clauses require compliance with applicable anti-slavery laws.
4. Review
This statement is reviewed annually by the Board of VigilPath UK Limited.
